The current generation of young children has been described as “digital natives”, having been born after1980 into a ubiquitous digital media environment. The greater majority of people today are digital natives. They are tech savvy with a very vibrant social media presence. They were born into a world of peak tech¬no¬log¬i¬cal inno¬va tion, where infor¬ma¬tion was imme¬di¬ate¬ly acces¬si¬ble and social media increas¬ing¬ly ubiquitous. They have some peculiar characteristics which have attracted the attention of researchers. These unique characteristics create predictable, serious problems between digital native learners and digital immigrant teachers, indicating that educational systems must change to catch up with modern times. The most recent change to the educational system is the integration of digital technology, particularly in light of the COVID-19 epidemic. The Indian Ministry of Education (MOE) has taken the initiative to lead initiatives to increase students' digital technology skills and potential. The major goal of this study was to determine the characteristics of principals' digital leadership that predict the level of teachers' digital teaching, as well as the level of teachers' digital teaching practises. This study involved about 400 secondary school teachers in the Dimapur District of Nagaland. The results of this study demonstrate that teachers' digital teaching practises and principals' digital leadership are both at a high level. The two do have a moderately positive link, though. Only digital citizenship was proven to be a reliable indicator of teachers' digital instruction by multiple regression. The results demonstrate that, despite the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the capacity to create and coordinate digital leadership programmes is significant and can aid in enhancing students' academic achievement.

Today, the use of technology is a powerful advantage in every field in the society. With the advent of
development in information and communications technology (ICT), the process of learning and acquiring
new knowledge had undergone a shift marked by a transition from desktop computing to the widespread
use of mobile technology. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission on Higher Education said
that colleges and universities following the new school calendar will no longer require students to attend
face-to-face classes. One of the state universities that had been affected by this inevitable situation is the
Laguna State Polytechnic University. This study aims to determine the readiness of the students in shifting
to m-learning. Specifically, it aims to determine the availability of mobile devices, equipment readiness,
technological skills readiness and psychological readiness. A survey-based methodology was used to
obtain the data and descriptive statistics to analyze the results. It was determined that almost all of the
students own mobile devices, are fully equipped with applications, have high technological skills and are
quite ready in terms of psychological readiness.
ASSESSMENT ON LSPU-SPCC STUDENTS’ READINESS TOWARDS M-LEARNING

Technology can there be seen as a discrete power with a significant influence, and the impacts of technology are a metaphor. It is there seen as a dynamic force that causes collisions and impacts on the society. Mechanically, technology can be viewed as to be having an impact on the society as it reinforces that technological systems have an independent existence and appears to be having a mass, velocity and a momentum of its own, which drives technology to influence on the society (Karacapilidis, & Raisinghani, 2012).
Thesis Statement
The focus of this study is to establish and interpret the principles of technology and the effects of the technological advancements on the society socially, economically, and politically. The study will take a course of an extensive consultation and seeking data through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with the respondents. In an attempt to extract a reliable data, the study will use direct interviews more often to establish the level of reality in the responses of the interviewed individuals as this will help in obtaining a more accurate data. Whereas some countries have not fully embrace the use of technology, the dynamism of the world has been driven by technology. In this study, two perspectives have been contrasted, and these are; the impacts caused by technology education in teaching and about the technology on the society (Johnston & Barker, 2002).
Background to the study
Science, technology, and the society are three elements that have been expanding over an extended period and this development started in the year 1960. In the technological view, they history of technology tries to examine technology in its social context. Starting in the early 1960s, some historians questioned the technological determinism, and some of them started developing contextual approaches to the history of the medicine. In the late 1960s, the student and faculty social movements and the European universities starting working for change rather than dispassionate and in the mid 1980 suit was now a decisive moment in the development of the STS .

The Indian Ministry of Education (MOE) has taken the initiative to lead initiatives to increase students' digital technology skills and potential. The major goal of this study was to determine the characteristics of principals' digital leadership that predict the level of teachers' digital teaching, as well as the level of teachers' digital teaching practises. This study involved about 400 secondary school teachers in the Dimapur District of Nagaland. The results of this study demonstrate that teachers' digital teaching practises and principals' digital leadership are both at a high level. The two do have a moderately positive link, though. Only digital citizenship was proven to be a reliable indicator of teachers' digital instruction by multiple regression. The results demonstrate that, despite the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the capacity to create and coordinate digital leadership programmes is significant and can aid in enhancing students' academic achievement.

Today, the use of technology is a powerful advantage in every field in the society. With the advent of
development in information and communications technology (ICT), the process of learning and acquiring
new knowledge had undergone a shift marked by a transition from desktop computing to the widespread
use of mobile technology. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission on Higher Education said
that colleges and universities following the new school calendar will no longer require students to attend
face-to-face classes. One of the state universities that had been affected by this inevitable situation is the
Laguna State Polytechnic University. This study aims to determine the readiness of the students in shifting
to m-learning. Specifically, it aims to determine the availability of mobile devices, equipment readiness,
technological skills readiness and psychological readiness. A survey-based methodology was used to
obtain the data and descriptive statistics to analyze the results. It was determined that almost all of the
students own mobile devices, are fully equipped with applications, have high technological skills and are
quite ready in terms of psychological readiness.
ASSESSMENT ON LSPU-SPCC STUDENTS’ READINESS TOWARDS M-LEARNING

every one and half years. In the current society, innovations made in the technological industry are bringing about a full range
and the policy makers are actually working on the ways of resolving the effects to do with economic productivity (Berque, Prey, Reed & WIPTE, 2006).
Technology can there be seen as a discrete power with a significant influence, and the impacts of technology are a metaphor. It is there seen as a dynamic force that causes collisions and impacts on the society. Mechanically, technology can be viewed as to be having an impact on the society as it reinforces that technological systems have an independent existence and appears to be having a mass, velocity and a momentum of its own, which drives technology to influence on the society (Karacapilidis, & Raisinghani, 2012).
Thesis Statement
The focus of this study is to establish and interpret the principles of technology and the effects of the technological advancements on the society socially, economically, and politically. The study will take a course of an extensive consultation and seeking data through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews with the respondents. In an attempt to extract a reliable data, the study will use direct interviews more often to establish the level of reality in the responses of the interviewed individuals as this will help in obtaining a more accurate data. Whereas some countries have not fully embrace the use of technology, the dynamism of the world has been driven by technology. In this study, two perspectives have been contrasted, and these are; the impacts caused by technology education in teaching and about the technology on the society (Johnston & Barker, 2002).
Background to the study
Science, technology, and the society are three elements that have been expanding over an extended period and this development started in the year 1960. In the technological view, they history of technology tries to examine technology in its social context. Starting in the early 1960s, some historians questioned the technological determinism, and some of them started developing contextual approaches to the history of the medicine. In the late 1960s, the student and faculty social movements and the European universities starting working for change rather than dispassionate and in the mid 1980 suit was now a decisive moment in the development of the STS .
