professional contacts, etc.)
 End Game: keep the goal of your clients/customers top of
mind. Your customer base and team should be the
driving force behind all decisions.
 Accountability: we are in control of our actions and
destiny.
 Legacy: what lasting impression(s) are you leaving
behind?
