The flagship feature of the BBA Programme is the Entrepreneurship Programme under which a student led e-cell is incorpo-
rated. This cell in association with the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) conducts an innovate course on entrepre-
neurship through the three year period which ultimately leads to the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and skill set
among students through innovative interactive sessions and team based games and quizzes.
An Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp is organized under the banner on an yearly basis that hosts various experts from the
country who deliver knowledge based technical sessions on innovation and new venture creation and students of this pro-
gramme host various entrepreneurial ventures of their own and showcase their achievements on a national level through
competitions and exhibitions. Various product prototypes already hosted by ongoing batches have received wide acclaim
from consultants and experts alike that directly points out to the vibrant learning environment that the campus hosts and

4. The students of Inspiria had an opportunity to visit one of the renowned tea factories in North Bengal as a part of Navonmesh
– Entrepreneurship & Innovation Vertical of Yuva. They had the opportunity to witness the entire tea processing methods
right from cutting, tearing, curling and fermentation. The visit was followed by a unique tea tasting session where students
experienced the taste of different types and flavours of tea.

5. The first year students of Inspiria Knowledge Campus, BBA 2016-19 batch shared an enriching experience during their ex-
citing trip to Sapphire Papers Mills Pvt. Ltd. on the first of March this year. The programme was a part of their industry visit
learning experience. Sapphire Papers Mill Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturing entity based in Bidhan Nagar, West Bengal in the Dar-
jeeling District. The mill produces writing, printing and newsprint paper out of 100 % recycled paper.

14. A three-day workshop was organized by Inspiria Knowledge Campus in association with EDI,
Ahmedabad. The event was sponsored by NSTEDB, Department of Science and Technology,
Govt. of India. The first day of the camp was based on ‘LEADERSHIP- skills’ where experts
briefed the workshop participants about NIF National Innovation Foundation. New innovative
ideas were discussed relating to bank loan procurement strategies and the potentials that
banks look for or in budding entrepreneurs. The second session emphasized on the principles
of leadership and explained how leaders could adapt themselves for delegating their power.
The third session discussed how State Bank Of India is reaching out to SMEs seeking loan fa-
cility. The session was ended with a factory visit to prominent industrial units in the region for
a practical insight to the issues discussed.

15. Central Bank Of India with Inspiria Knowledge Campus organised A financial Literacy Pro-
gramme which provided brief but interesting insights into Financial aspects and money mat-
ters, and the methods in which one could control the flow of money. Examples to illustrate
the need to treat money as an asset were discussed backed by relevant videos on the value
of money. Finally a senior Cantral bank official addressed the students regarding the various
loans that are available for young entrepreneurs and their benefits.

16. Management Day was observed at Inspiria on the birth anniversary of Peter Drucker (Father
Of Management) who was born on November 19, 1909. The whole event witnessed a brief in-
troduction about the legend and his vision towards management. along This was followed by
as management quiz and elocution based on management. Finally the winners were given the
prizes and that concluded the event.

17. A panel discussion was organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and Young Indians
(Yi) in association with Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) which witnessed
live viewing of the launch from Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi. Prominent speakers from the pan-
el threw light on what a ‘Start-Up ‘ is and how it helps young entrepreneurs. Budding en-
trepreneurs of Inspiria got a clear picture of the idea behind ‘Start-up India Stand-up India’.
Various examples of different start-up entrepreneurs like Ola Cabs, OYO Rooms etc were also
discussed.The panel mainly focused on the financial support that the government would
