The biggest risk associated with innovation is not to innovate. If the company doesn’t have innovations, it allows competition to shape the future, and thus the market will no longer be interested in old products. Because of this, we can say that sometimes innovations have great challenges, but the risks of non-innovating are much higher.
Many negative sentences, innovator can hear: This already exists! We’re working on this was for years, why should we change it now? This is not a problem! This will not work in practice! Who will buy this? Such an idea has not yet been possible to realize, maybe for about ten years... We don’t have time to do it! Not in our area! We are too small for it!
