3. The Functional Innovation Methodology Ideation Session is a
customized to the products, process and business model that
will enable participants to systematically generate ideas towards
achieving innovation objectives identified.
Bringing the background thoughts related to the products and
services offered by the client organisation. Innomantra shall
develop a theme centric workshop to client requirement which
will provide participants with the skills to systematically generate
and implement ideas. Participants will be required to apply their
newly acquired skill to innovation challenges at their
organisation. The ideas generated using this approach can then
be taken further through the process of evaluation and
implementation through Innovation System.
