He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

in order to remove the phobia. She keeps getting flashbacks of a road trip and a
car accident, however she cannot connect them to her life. In the end, the
audience finds out that she was part of an experiment, where they tried to erase
her memory. There was a car ride in which she had fallen asleep few minutes
before the accident happened and she had fallen into a coma. Doctors tried to
erase her memory in order for her to not become traumatised. After continuous
treatments and investigations, she finally gets better. The film ends with a scene a

for having a good reputation. The audience finds out that there is another, much
darker side to him. There is an enormous contrast between his personality in and

clubs that are highly illegal. Throughout the film, he is shown successfully
balancing his two personas. One day he runs into his younger homosexual brother
getting beaten up by a subgroup, called ‘Gaseri’. He at once gets in between them
and goes into a rampage revealing his true identity in front of the entire school. In
the end, his family and friends find out about his secret identity, however this

fluent, unnoticeable transitions between reality and dreams. The audience
