The words with a strong syllable in a sentence are considered content words.

The words that do not contain a strong syllable , are considered function words or
"function words" .
( Pronoun ) - is used instead of a name. Personal pronouns are used to refer to people.
Interrogative pronouns introduce questions. Demonstrative pronouns refer to objects
mentioned above. Relative pronouns are used to introduce clauses .

Function Function words are words that have little lexical meaning or have
ambiguous meaning , but serve to express grammatical relationships with other
words within a sentence , or specify the attitude or mood of the speaker. Structural
relationships indicate that words have to each other and are the glue that holds
sentences. Therefore, serve as important elements of the sentence structures
