A strong letter of recommendation can be the deciding factor in getting into your desired school or landing your dream job.
When you apply for admission to a university, a job, or a scholarship, you may be asked to include letters of recommendation. These letters, typically written by teachers, counselors, or managers, are meant to vouch for your qualifications and character.

RELIABILITY, DETERMINATION, SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Melanie is a very reliable and punctual person. She was honest in all her
dealings with others, personally and professionally. As already mentioned she
was always well motivated and when focused on a task she was determined
and resilient when undertaking it. She also helped support others not just
within the group, enabling them to progress. She was always ready to help in
a proactive manner. She was always aware of her responsibilities as a senior
student and took the responsibility of her role seriously and always set a good

organisation helped with this as did her time management skills. She was
popular with her peers and was often at the centre of discussions and
activities. When asked to lead a group she was effective when delegating as
she was sensitive to their needs and prepared to lead by example.
