I am a hardworking, enthusiastic, dependable and ambitious individual, who

 2012 – Present: BSC Honours degree in Criminology and
Forensic investigation (University of Essex, South Essex College) -
Predicted grade 2:1
Overview and personaloutcomes:This courseinvolved me mainly working
independently to complete tasks in conjunction with specific deadlines;
therefore the success ofthis course involved me doing mainly independent
research; which required a lot self-motivating and time management in order to
ensure deadlines were met.
Additionally during this course I was required to conductpresentations, these
types of assignments helped to improve my confidence when speaking publicly.
Furthermore on the coursea few assignments included practical mock crime
scenes which helped improve my observation skills and, heighten my
acknowledgment of the importance of having exceptional ability to pay
attention to detail in conjunction with methodical and patient approachto
collecting evidence.

Overview and personal outcomes: During this course it was mandatory
that we wore a specific uniform, this aspect of the course taught me how to be
disciplined and organised; as I had to ensure that my uniform was ready and
perfect for daily inspection. Additionally another influential aspect of the
course was assignment, each assignment has a specific deadlines; by
conducting various assignments and completing them to deadlines this has
helped me to improve my time management skills and organisation.
Achievements: During this course I was awarded with level 2 working with
others, Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Award in Understanding Stewarding at
Spectator events, and an overall (triple) grade of merit merit merit.
 2005 - 2010: St Martin’s School, Hanging Hill Lane, Hutton,
Brentwood, Essex, CM13 2HG (DfEs designed High Performance
School, Technology and Humanities Specialist School)
Achievements: Here I attained a special award for a year of exceptional
effort, 3 pass grades for ICT (including grades for units in ICT skills for
business and creating computer graphics), level 2 in Functional Skills
(English), and 10 GCSE’s (Grade B-D).

Job review: This was a mandatory schoolrelated placement, in which I
chooseto do my (unpaid) work experience. During my time working for
Emprise Services PLC; I had varies roles including organising and preparing the
meeting rooms, organisation office post, preparing paper work for meetings,
and helping with document related work (on word processing, spreadsheet and
database packages) of my colleagues in various aspects of the company.
Personal outcomes: This experience helped with improving my
communication with others, confidence, organisation, time management, and
personal responsibility.

PERSONAL INTERESTS AND HOBBIES
Personal Interests: I have a keen interest in watching documentary’s,
fictional series and fictional series related to both criminal investigations and
crime scene investigations. I am inspired by the work that Scenes Of Crime
Officers (SOCO) do, and although I understand that television programmes are
not a precise reflection on the work of modern day SOCO’s;this personal
interest has sparked my desired to achieve my dream professional occupation.
Hobbies: My main hobbyis playing football, I currently play for my local
women’s team. Football is influential aspect of my life, it has influenced many
of my life skills; that I believe are essential in professional occupation (such as
working as part of a team and also effectively communicating as part of a team).
