All of the different tears have the same symptoms for the most part, as I explained
before. There are many different sports that one can find this injury in, especially
when it is located in the shoulder. Sports such as baseball, softball, tennis, football,
frisbee, basketball and even hockey are just some of the many sports that doctors

supposed to shorten his expected recovery time. He should be back in for this

On August 7, 2007 a 1000 foot section of the Interstate 35 Bridge that crosses over

Introduction
In my essay, I will be reflecting on my thoughts and feelings on the skill practiced
on the DVD. The essay will also be detailing the working alliance, the relevant skills,

I will be concentrating more on the skills that I use on the video. I will discuss how
important they are in counselling relationship. I will also define some other skills I
used in the video accordingly.

The beginning stage I felt the nerve kicked in as I sat down and as soon as I realised
the video had started rolling but I managed to calm down and was able to compose
myself.
In the beginning of a session, my main concern as the counsellor was to build and
establish a working relationship with my client (working alliance). As the
counsellor I needed to develop the kind of relationship in which my client is
encouraged to work. I tried to negotiate a contract with the client. I believe that in
doing so, I should be able to clarify and define my client s problem and assess
whether or not counselling is likely to help specific needs and also whether or not I
am will be able to work with the client to help her achieve what she want. In other
words, as the counsellor my main aim was the intended outcome and what both my

To answer my research question, I chose semi structured in depth interviews because
it particularly lends itself to exploring challenging and complex life situations such as
the return to work following parental leave. According to Valerie Yow, the recorded
