3. COMPANY
BACKGROUND PJBUMI Heavy Engineering & Services Sdn. Bhd. (PJBUMIHES) was incorporated in 2015. It has
two main division, i.e., Division A: Property and Township Development via its CIDB G7 license
and Division B: Digital, Energy, Telco Engineering and Construction (DETEC) utilizing its
PETRONAS SWEC and PETROS license. The principal activities of PJBUMIHES are providing
technical and services from engineering, design, fabrication, construction, exploration, production
& development, implementation, operation & maintenance until decommissioning of assets,
telecommunication and digital solutions for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Telecommunication
sector including environmental study and facilities management.

Data Quality Dashboard P-EDMS
DQD is the enabler to verify, validate and confirm all data
are in good health status & reliable: (Data Quality
Dimension: accuracy, completeness, consistency,
timeliness, validity, and uniqueness)
P-EDMS is an electronic and web-based Engineering
Database and Management System for Projects and
Plant Operations.
7. COMPANY PROJECT
Low Pressure Production Unit System
LPPU is a technology designed to rejuvenate low
pressure wells by reducing backpressure, thus allowing
them to produce at much lower pressures. This
technology increases production and extends the lifespan
of low-pressure wells.
TOP: Low pressure separator to receive production fluids
from wells and perform gas-liquid separation
BOTTOM: Surge vessel that operates in batches to
receive liquids from the low-pressure separator and
discharge the liquids at much higher pressures by utilizing
higher pressure motive gas. The system is self-contained,
requiring no external power apart from motive gas.

Very Small Aperture Terminal
VSAT is a satellite communication system that uses small
dish antennas for two-way satellite communication. These
terminals are commonly used to provide satellite-based
internet access, private network connections, and data
communication in remote locations.

through thin, flexible strands of glass or plastic called
optical fibers. These fibers use light signals to carry data
over long distances at high speeds.

essential for wireless communication,
including cellular networks, broadcasting,
and microwave links.

IBC refers to the provision of wireless
communication coverage within buildings. This
involves deploying antennas and network
equipment inside structures to enhance signal
strength and quality for mobile devices.

17. CONCLUSION
This industrial training has been pivotal, offering a practical transition from
academic knowledge to real-world engineering applications. Through hands-
on experiences, I've adapted to the work environment, tackled challenges,
and gained insights into industry processes. This exposure has not only
enhanced my technical skills but also developed my soft skills, making me
more adept at teamwork and communication. Overall, this training has
equipped me with a well-rounded skill set, preparing me for success in the
dynamic field of engineering.
