LEAN WORKSHOP
Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC)
aiming to improve responsiveness and efficiency in problem-solving activity.
QRQC is open if there any critical problem regarding the final product (defect)
PROBLEM: Missing Hipot test
TARGET: Zero Missing Hipot Test
Possible root causes of problem: Lack of 5s and no self checking
Data collection and analysis
Implement: set proper 5s and operator training
Tracking to target.
LEAN WORKSHOP
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
aiming to increase OEE by eradicating machine and tool causes of technical downtime
(Breakdowns and Micro-stops).
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Periodic maintenance to prevent machine from breakdown
Dissemble the Machine
Change Wear or Defect Bearing
Clean Dirty parts
Grease/Lubricate
Assemble
DESIGN
Terminal Mini Rack
purpose to tidy up the new sample room at the High speed department Office
the terminal is measured using the meter tape to estimate the
dimension of the rack.
By using the pipe and joint, we managed to finish mini rack in
one day
DESIGN
Part Modification
Based on the first drawing revision, the design can cause the terminal waste clogging and
machine jam.
As a preventive action, the drawing is modified.
The drawing is modified using AutoCAD
The new drawing then sent to the vendor to fabricate
DAILY TASK
Machine daily KPI
construct a table for the machine reject consist of total of
machine breakdown, total output, Total reject part and total machine OEE.
to monitored the machine reject daily by the machine at the
production line
CONCLUSION
3 Main engineering aspect that I’ve gain:
1. Lean Methodology in problem solving skill
2. Data collection and data analysis
3. Preventive Maintenance and hands-on
