Industrial safety is primarily a management activity focused on reducing, controlling, and eliminating hazards in industries and factories. It is defined as policies and protections to ensure worker safety from injuries. The four E's of safety are engineering safe design and equipment, education of employees, enlisting positive attitudes from employees and management, and providing encouragement to follow safe rules and practices.
