This document summarizes a final year project proposal for an Incident Reporting System. A team of 3 students led by Awald Hossain is developing a mobile and web application using PhoneGap, jQuery, PHP and a MySQL database to allow citizens to report incidents through a centralized online system. The system will integrate GPS, cameras and notify authorities to reports in real-time. Future enhancements may include SMS integration, video uploads and optimized response scheduling.
