operation.
 Manpower Distribution for vessel discharging & loading Operations (General Cargo,
Pipe, Pallets, Jumbo Bags Sling Bags, Tiles, Bulk Loading, Discharging)
 Handling and resolving customer complaints, or special orders via mail or phone.
 Investigating and correcting errors, following company and customer records.
 Prepare Daily Manpower Distribution Plan as per Operation Department requirement

 Taking service inquiry calls from customers or clients and dispatching the suitable
customer service associate to address question
 Transportation & Equipment Controller
 To coordinate the management of the transport &equipment / facilities to ensure a high
standard of safety and presentation for matches, training, events and other activities
 Prepare Daily Vehicle report, Fuel consumption report
 Coordination of the payment of all transport operation staff under direct supervision;
 Maintenance of equipments’ inventory.
 Maintenance of accurate workshop records and accounts through sound audit and stock-
take procedures.
 Maintain daily check list for vehicles & Equipment.
 I already handle the trailer, 6wheel, Shovel, F/L, Heavy Bus, Mini Bus, Pickup(all is 64)
 Worked as a Quality Controller in 3LPP Plant( Bredero Shaw RAK)
 Responsibility for the performance of all inspection and testing activities as defined by
contract.
 Control calibrated measuring and test equipment used on the project.
 Keep calibration records and ensure that all testing equipment has current calibration
records.
 Ensure proper turnover of complete quality control package(s). Responsible for ensuring
that turnover documentation is maintained, organized and turned over on schedule.
 Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
 All other duties as normally required by our QA/QC Department, and as required by
day-to-day business
