Trust in information
Although a lot of things are now advertised on
the internet, consumers still have more trust in
advertising done in magazines and newspapers
Power of printed word still rings true and has
great value for advertising.
When asked how much audiences trust different
forms of advertising, consumers gave magazines
and newspapers a score of 63%, TV 41%, and
internet at 25%
Importance to artist
Print ads are excellent for solidifying your brand
identity. Your ads should have consistent
aesthetics in terms of fonts, colours, and types of
images to establish brand recognition.
Placing ads in publications such as specialty
magazines can effectively reach niche audiences
that may be more difficult to target offline.
