Morgan Stanley volunteers coached students from William Lloyd Garrison School in a SuitUp business competition. Students were split into teams to create a new product for Nike, with coaching from Morgan Stanley volunteers. Team 3 won the competition. Surveys found that the competition increased students' confidence and interest in careers like business and marketing. It also influenced their future career choices, with many now interested in fields like entrepreneurship, fashion design, and financial services. Both students and volunteers enjoyed the experience and want to participate in future SuitUp events.
