Key downstream component of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway. In the presence of Wnt ligand, CTNNB1 is not ubiquitinated and accumulates in the nucleus, where it acts as a coactivator for transcription factors of the TCF/LEF family, leading to activate Wnt responsive genes. shaker for 5min, repeated for 3 times.

a. Slides were placed in 3% Hydrogen peroxide solution, and
incubated for 10 min at room temperature without light

circles around the tissue sections (and to prevent draining of
the antibody solution). Inside the circles, BSA was used to
