Preface
In this section the teacher states his/her philosophy and vision of teaching and
academic lifetime.
My personal philosophy is based on creating friendly relationship with the students and
preparing suitable educational atmosphere inside the classroom. That will encourage
the students to receive the knowledge given to them and to process the information
they get in an effective way. Building a bridge of trust is the second step to make and
maintain a successful teaching process. If the students trust their teacher, they accept
and believe anything they get from the teacher. Also, the role of the teacher is to guide
the students to think and connect what they learn with what is there in the real life, i.e.
the theoretical side with the practical side which will help them to be well equipped for
the future careers. I also believe in innovation in teaching methods and finding new
ways of transmitting knowledge to the students. Finally, serving society is another goal
that the academic members should consider in their life in the university.
