The Information Management Area is responsible for developing systems and managing knowledge for AIESEC at the national and local levels. This includes aligning websites and other systems to standards, ensuring systems are running properly, managing knowledge on the main platform, documenting processes, and maintaining databases of members and alumni. The team also provides education on the systems for members and support when technical issues arise through documentation.

entities run.

IT Development
Systems: We have to align our website, and external systems to
standards.
Follow up and Management: Review that our systems are running
properly in order to deliver better information and services to our
stakeholders.

Knowledge Management
Information on platform: We have ensure the sustainability of our
entities by the proper knowledge management, these is made by a
quarterly review of the files, and wikis that my LC has uploaded to the
system.
General Processes: Every time we run a process , such must be
acknowledged in a document that can later provide us with information
about DO’s, DON’Ts and MUST DO’s.
Data Bases: Every time we recruit new membership we should have a
database, based on EP’s and members in order to have all the
information of our members and make the communication easier.

Education and Support
Education: Normally the systems of AIESEC Keep changing and every
new member or old ones have to be educated in how they work and how
to manage them .
Support: Sometimes AIESEC Systems are down and we need to provide
clear information and support on the creation and management of them.
Documentation: In order to keep the flow of education, every tool and
system has to be documented.
