She works with corporates to innovate like start-ups and start-ups to scale-up. Erin has led a business analysis consulting practice, managed large teams of business analysts and spends a lot of time flicking through the BABOK – but has never held the job title of ‘Business Analyst’. Erin started her career in the journalism industry. To prove that an Arts Degree can take you a lot further than working at the local McDonalds, Erin has since worked in Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand. After a crisis of confidence in her IT and business skills, she also graduated with a Graduate Certificate in IT Project Management from UTS and a Master of Business Administration from UWA.
