 Working as Supervisor QA/QC at Mayfair, Asian Food Industries Limited, Lahore
since 2012 with following responsibilities:
Responsibilities
1. Monitoring, measurement & control of all process lines i.e. Toffee, HBC, Pectin Jelly, Deposit Candy, Chew
and Bubble gum etc.
2. Inspection,verification and preparing reports for process parameters at all processing stages.
3. Inspection,verification and preparing reports for weight & count,wrapping and contents of cartons for all
running products
4. Inspection,verification and preparing reports for control parameters of packing, count and contents of
cartons.
5. Checking the traceability codes on all running products at floor and also maintains Hold status log book
6. Maintaining the records of OPRP & CCP verification and assuring the signature on reports
7. Ensure production of products as per established Quality standards and specifications
8. To assure monitoring and implementation of operational aspects ofGMPs, Hygiene, Sanitation, food safety
& quality in Processing areas
9. Ensure proper verification and reporting of products
10. Ensure recipe and rework control in products
11. Ensure proper control and identification of products at all stages during production
12. Data collection, analysis and communication in case of problem to the concerns
13. Ensure hygiene practices in the process
14. Ensure proper housekeeping and safe handling of material in the process
