 A person feels confident only when he/she has
enough knowledge and knows the tricks of the

 Once the girls are trained in the skills required to
perform a job they will have the confidence to
face all the interviews and come up trumps
Disruptive Idea
 Compulsory Work for a year before
marriage
 This would involve government legislation
and the entire community
 The females will have no choice but to work
 Build the necessary skills to be selected for a
job
