PROBLEM STATEMENT:
Graduate students like Miss Sweta needs a dynamically flexible interface platform to
interact with the industry to understand the ever changing scenarios in the Industry.
The graduate students have been under the pressure to learn the latest technology,
tools, knowledge trends to find themselves perfect fit in the industry.
Empathy Map
It’s an“online FB Chat”interview I have conducted.
Physical behaviour was not observed. Based on
conversation Miss. Sweta shown lack of confidence
in to jump into the job, she felt she needs time to
do something more practical to enrich her job oriented
knowledge.
High level of expectationsto excel in the job
Insights: Miss Sweta is a
confuded yet confident of
pursuing futher studies in
research. The gap between
inputs (theory) at the
school and output
(practical) at the job seen
as biggest hindrence.
Industry working with the
university would build con-
fidence in the student to
make the transition much
