This document outlines an action plan to improve ICT (Information and Communications Technology) skills among students and teachers. It has four main objectives: 1) increase student computer literacy and performance in competitions; 2) enhance teacher computer skills for modern teaching; 3) ensure quality instruction through ICT; and 4) maintain a clean computer lab. Activities include ICT training programs for students and teachers led by an ICT coordinator and team. If successful, students will be prepared for competitions and teachers able to employ modern teaching styles using technology.
