They found a shrinking graduate pool year over year but a stable supply of experienced candidates, many with certifications in project management. Evergreen recommended that Midwest Mutual expand recruiting efforts, increase internships, focus on project management skills, strengthen pre-qualification, and reduce time to offer in order to attract qualified candidates.
