approximately 360 personnel. There are 3 sites located in Scunthorpe for which I was
responsible for the safe and efficient operation.

Implementation of World Class Manufacturing through Total Productive Maintenance /
Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Group Safety Manager ensuring high standards were established and maintained
regardless of country or culture.
Budgetary responsibility totally circa £4 million per annum
Managing a team of 50 + employees including Production Managers, Stock Control and
Planning Managers, Operatives, engineering and office staff.
