Accomplishments:  Reduction molding PPM to 4500 in 2002.  Reduction material usage up to 12% savings.  Achieved insert molding, two shot molding, strip molding etc new technology in 2001~2002. Position: Molding Engineering Supervisor (1998, Mar -- 2000, Jan) Number of subordinates: 8 Report to: Engineering Manager Responsibilities:  Assisting the Engineering manager in new tools development and molding engineering development.  Ensure all new tooling meet spec and release to production smoothly. Set policies and work standards that support tool mass production.  Handle the new tool testing and pilot run for project transfer.
