The Ultimate Freedom Plan for Life and Business by 2017 - Natalie Sisson Natalie Sisson
Two years ago to the day I was sitting on a golden sand beach on Penang Island, Malaysia, sipping on a coconut and watching the waves lapping the shore.
I had my iPad in my hand too and when I wasn’t gazing out to sea or enjoying the warmth of the sun on my face, I was reading Cameron Herold’s book Double Double; and more importantly, all about the power of a Painted Picture (which he’s recently renamed Vivid Vision).
Regardless of what you call it, the power of this exercise is unbelievable, and until you try it yourself you might not believe me. In a nutshell it’s like a vision board on steroids, but so much more valuable and a far higher percentage of actually turning your dreams into reality.
Two hours later, in an open air cafe overlooking that beach I had written my 3 year vision for my life and business. By the end of 2013 over 60% of what I’d stated I wanted to happen had come true, including having written and published my #No 1 bestselling book and making six figures in revenue.
To date the Painted Picture that I made public on Slideshare a few months later has had over 48,000 views and hundreds of downloads. It has also been a huge talking point with people I meet around the world and in my community.
It’s now a major part of my Freedom Plan program
http://suitcaseentrepreneur.com/freedomplan as I believe it’s IMPERATIVE everyone create their own if they truly want personal and professional success and happiness.
So now I'd like to share with you my NEW vision for life and business in the hope that you'll be part of this journey and help make it a reality. Thank you!

The document discusses the importance of discipleship through the church. It argues that churches should prioritize equipping all members for ministry, not just paid clergy. When each member is actively involved in evangelism according to their gifts, spiritual multiplication can occur. The church's programs should support the principle of making disciples by winning people to Christ, building them up, and sending them to win and build others. When members understand and support this guiding principle over individual programs, a movement of discipleship is developed to fulfill Christ's Great Commission.

Executive Directors Chat Leveraging AI for Diversity, Equity, and InclusionTechSoup
Let’s explore the intersection of technology and equity in the final session of our DEI series. Discover how AI tools, like ChatGPT, can be used to support and enhance your nonprofit's DEI initiatives. Participants will gain insights into practical AI applications and get tips for leveraging technology to advance their DEI goals.
A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

In an education system, it is understood that assessment is only for the students, but on the other hand, the Assessment of teachers is also an important aspect of the education system that ensures teachers are providing high-quality instruction to students. The assessment process can be used to provide feedback and support for professional development, to inform decisions about teacher retention or promotion, or to evaluate teacher effectiveness for accountability purposes.

5. Dear Members of the IAC and Friends.
I wish a happy and blessed New Year 2020 to all!
I want to express my gratitude to the Executive
Committee and the Board of Governors (BOG) of
the IAC for the opportunity to serve the IAC as
the President for the term 2020 – 2021.
IAC presidents in the past, have my highest
respect for their wisdom and spirit of
volunteerism. Their leadership was made possible
by the contribution of BOG members and
volunteers who unselfishly contributed their time
and effort to grow the IAC.
As the President, with the support of the EXCO
and BOG, I will continue to work towards
supporting the IAC’s Vision guided by our Core
Values and serve the IAC Coaching Community
worldwide. I would invite you to join me on this
journey to make a difference, in ourselves and
others, by living the IAC Masteries®.
The IAC will be hosting global and regional
learning and sharing activities for the coming
year, and I look forward to your participation.
The IAC exists to support your continuous
professional development as coaches and I, along
with the IAC community, welcome your support
to add value to our initiatives.

7. A Paradigm Shift happens when the usual
way of thinking about, or doing something, is
replaced by a new and different way
(Merriam Webster Dictionary). The IAC
has been experiencing exactly these in all
the areas of the Association for the last
couple of years.
Coaching is an ongoing transformative
process, and the IAC is aware that the best
way of predicting the future is by creating
it. This happens by being aligned to our
vision, mission, ethics code, and the IAC- 9
Coaching Masteries™. The IAC exemplifies
the following values:
• Lifelong learning
• Innovation and Change
• Diversity and Inclusiveness
• Partnership and Caring
• Openness and Transparency
• Abundance Thinking and Trust
• Sustainability and Responsibility
• Inner-peace and Centering
• Integrity and High Ethical Standards
Our practice and work is centered around
demonstrating these values. Which is why
I invite you to click here and take a closer
look at our progressive certification
process (now available in your own
language).

8. To experience a paradigm shift you have
to first believe it is even possible. It does
not matter what they tell you, this belief
has to grow from within you, and that will
help you vibrate on the same frequency
that the new shift is in.
Inclusiveness is one of our core values,
and you can taste our diversity and
inclusiveness when you participate in our
Volunteer Committees. The IAC is a non-
profit Volunteer Center Association, that
belongs to all the members, our Board of
Governors reflects our values and the
inner beliefs of the Association. The Board
consists of coaches (members) from all
around the world.
MEET OUR BOARD OF GOVERNORS
Coaching helps open the mind and when
it’s done masterfully it evolves
consciousness. If we keep classifying
others by religion, skin colour, language,
cultural background, tribes, and “Us”
versus “Them”, we won’t be able to see
through our own limiting beliefs and
blindness. We will ‘try to keep safe’ and
continue believing that somehow our “Us”
is superior to ”Them”. We will keep
thinking that building walls is the solution
to keep “Us” safe from “The Others”, from
“Them”.
A P R I L 2 0 2 0
08I see coaching as a transformative and
expansive encounter between human
souls, in such a way that the coach is the
potential of the client’s soul. A coach will
only be able to perform at a high level of
consciousness and engage in meaningful
conversations with the client if he has the
capacity of vibrating on the same tone
(frequency) that the client is in, from there
anything can happen. It all depends on
where the client’s focus is. When we
understand that we are all one, the
division then fades and we can start seeing
each other as the same.

9. It was back in 1993 when one of my
corporate clients asked me to give a
lecture about coaching for their VPs. I
told them I was no coach, nor did I
know enough to carry a decent
conversation on the subject!
Even though I was still cynical about
coaching, after graduate school, back in
1993, I considered joining Coach
University with Thomas Leonard. I was
hesitant since I felt more like Coaching
would get me a fancy badge, instead of
some robust and useful education.
Was this going to give me extra tools,
beyond the powerful ones I got in
psychotherapy?
After all, I was mentored by no less than
Dr. Marjorie Kawin in Los Angeles. So, in
the beginning, I dropped the subject, since
it felt more like Coaching was just a light
form of therapy.
By 1999, I decided to take those coaching
classes. I purchased extra tapes (yes,
cassette tapes) and attended sessions
over the phone. For me, it was the dawn of
eLearning, live from an authority, sitting
at my couch, cozy and sipping from my
coffee cup. I even took some of those
classes while working at a hospital.
Little by little, drop by drop, coaching
started to make a profound mark on my
soul.

10. Why in the first place had I become a
health professional? Somehow, I started
to reconnect with my desire to help
people, to support them in their journey to
regain their lives after being struck by
catastrophic illnesses. I embraced my
need to live a meaningful life. I was
surviving a heartbreak that almost got me
to the point of considering ending my life.
It was one of the toughest times of my
existence, and prayer got me through
really.
One of the things I prayed to God for was
to help me create a life worth living; a
peaceful, abundant, fruitful and
meaningful life. It all started to fall into
place. The quality of my interactions with
my family and my patients began to
improve greatly. Eventually, I understood
that being obsessed with one’s self and
with our own stuff not only disconnects us
from others but brings about despair and
depression. In coaching I found simple yet
meaningful ways to get back to a more
spiritual way of living, through helping
others in their quest for meaning and for
living lives that matter.
I reconnected with my kids and they
became close allies. In the middle of
reinventing myself I came across my
childhood sweetheart, Beatriz, and fell in
love once more. The spark is still there,
and we have been together for eleven
years.

She was a sports coach, and I, a health and
executive coach. To both of us, supporting
others was at the core of our personal
transformation. We had in common a
great deal of love for our children.
Coaching became part of the way we
spoke at home. Better listening brought
more closeness and we found we had
many shared interests. By that time, I had
got hooked into reading the IAC Coaching
Masteries, which brought a lot of value to
my coaching practice, and it also became
part of our lives. So, coaching has brought
a great deal of goodness to my life.
The way I spoke to our heart and brain
surgery patients changed. I was more
compelling and more influential in the
ways they engaged with their treatment. I
felt I had more impact, being there for
them, whether in the ICU or during those
procedures. I knew I was making a
difference.

11. I went back to coaching school, now Coachville, and again took all the classes
with Dave Buck, Deanna Stull, Terry Haze and Eduardo Vier. Every class would
bring new insights. Even those subjects I had studied before, this time I saw
them in a new light. I knew I had to help others in finding some of the tools,
strategies and insights that have meant so much to me.
I found that the more I share with others, the more I coach, the more I teach, the
more I become whom I came to be in this world. This has been a long journey, a
very adventurous one. After thousands of coaching sessions, years of teaching,
years of finding myself helping others in finding their way, I have found my own
way.
I also realize that I didn’t become a coach the very day I graduated from
Coachville or when I received my Certified Professional Coach distinction.
Becoming a coach is something I earned day by day by living with integrity,
coaching clients, teaching others, facing my own challenges with bravery,
dealing with my inner resistance and creating new and more supportive
environments. Living what I preach. Most of all, becoming a coach is a journey
back to love in one its purest forms: service.
I retired from my clinical practice and now devote all my professional time to
coaching, teaching applied neuroscience, coaching, leadership, helping and
inspiring others to succeed in their own terms. In doing so I find my own
success. It seems like after all these years, now I can carry a decent
conversation on the subject.

Where is your love?
What do you love?
Who do you love?
Do you love yourself?
Can you be still?
Can you smile and laugh out loud?
Can you do without, with less, or with just
enough?
Can you cry?
Can you allow pain to penetrate your

Are you willing to keep going?
Do you welcome fear as a friend who can
help?
I have always been curious, and my curiosity is

I wonder:
Somewhere within this precocious curiosity of

I help people who are external successes and
internal messes find that missing link between
having it all and being free to enjoy it, because
love is at the center of it all.

UNLOCKING THE MASTERIES FORUM
9 March 2019
On this 13 April 2019, the
chapter organized the
“Unlocking the Masteries”
workshop and forum. Again,
this event was well attended
with 38 participants cramming
into the venue designed to only
hold up to 30 people
comfortably.
IAC Coaches, Mr Andy Cheong
and Adibah Salleh, facilitated a
great time of learning on how
to “Unlock the Masteries” in a
facilitated manner. There were
quite a number of new-comers
to IAC in this event.
At the end, the “talking stick”
was used to gather final
feedback from each and every
participant. Feedback was very
positive and encouraging!
More events to come from this
KL Chapter.
Once again, the event held the
IAC banner high. There was
much energy in the discussions.
Even a veteran coach was
present from another
organization, and was in much
agreement with the Masteries
discussed.
Another gratifying fact was the
presence of at least 4 university
students, two of whom had
earlier attended the IAC-MIM
forum on 9 March. KL Chapter
is hoping to harness the vigour
and vitality of the youth, and
set up tertiary chapters.

Powered by IAC Global
Sharing by Monica Siu, Chapter Leader - IAC Hong Kong (IACHK)
What a great and inspiring webinar. I can't help but share with you some words of wisdom captured:
"Before World 4.0, we focused on what to coach and how to coach, now in World 4.0, we focus on:
Why do we coach? Why be a coach?
Is our purpose to make the world a better place?
To make every leader a better leader"
- Krishna, the past President of IAC Global
"In World 4.0, there are 3 traits:
1) the World is defined by Black Swan i.e. unexpected events that shape the world. Leadership is about what
to do if things do not happen as the way it is supposed to
2) The global state of separation: i.e. Brexit. States tend to define what are theirs, so to protect themselves &
their benefit. On the contrary, this makes enemies, rather than benefit us.
3) Coaching helps us re-interpret this world. It inspires us [to determine] what kind of eyes and ears we shall
have in this VUCA world. Make it a VIDA (Spanish) a world full of dynamics and in which life is enhanced.
Coaching is not based on the asymmetry of knowledge (of coach and coachee) but on the infinite
opportunity."
- Fernando Saenz Ford
Hope their insights inspire you, too.

CERTIFICATION NEWS
| V O L 1 2 , I S S U E 1
We congratulate all of you for your commitment towards lifelong learning.
Welcome to the IAC family!
We have since had five times higher submissions than we did last year and while we
continue to grow, we are committed to supporting your certification journey.
Please reach out to us at certification@certifiedcoach.org for any clarification you
have regarding certification .
Certified Masteries Coach (from October 2019 to April 2020)
Congratulations to all the newly certified coaches who are now a Certified
Masteries Coach:
29. To become a licensee, every member needs to renew his or her IAC membership, in order to guarantee that
they will have a current membership during the whole year that the licensing to teach the IAC Coaching
Masteries is active.
From January 2021, every licensee needs to be at the Certified Masteries Coach level in order to be able to
renew the IAC Licensee to teach the IAC-Coaching Masteries.
From January 2021, every candidate to become an IAC licensee will need to fulfill the requirement of point B
of this motion.
From July 2020, If the licensee is paying someone to teach the masteries in their program, that trainer, needs
to be an IAC Active member and at the Masteries Practitioner Level at least.
From July 2021, any trainer that is teaching the masteries in any IAC Licensing School needs to have an active
membership and be at least at the Certified Masteries Coach level, in order to be able to teach the IAC-
Masteries.
Every Licensee that does not meet these requirements, the IAC will reserve the right to terminate, or not
renew the licensing to teach the IAC-Coaching Masteries and her/his IAC membership.
IAC BOG has approved a motion to change the qualification for the Licensee (and his/her teacher) applicant:
Purpose: Raising the Coaching Standard Globally
Dear Licensee,
The IAC in their process of continued learning and raising the standards of coaching globally have approved
modifications at the conditions of the IAC Coaching Masteries License program from its renewal or new
application as follows:
Revised requirements to meet by any IAC member applying for the IAC Coaching Masteries licensing program:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
We believe that all IAC Licensees are in the level required for the above modifications and the time frame is long
enough to meet without any inconvenience, but we understand it is the time shift the bar and comply with the
IAC certification level of coaches we already have.
Best regards,
IAC License Committee
