This document discusses SWARM, a modular spacecraft design project. SWARM modules are capable of self-assembly and reconfiguration using wireless communication. Each module has common components like a structural package, power supply, and sensors. The interface allows modules to autonomously dock and undock, transfer mechanical and electrical loads, and communicate data wirelessly. The current interface design was tested and works well for docking, but future work includes adding fluid transfer and improving docking sensors. SWARM demonstrates the potential for reconfigurable spacecraft using standardized modular components.
