  • About I am an open source database consultant. My main area of knowledge and expertise is MySQL/MariaDB ecosystem, including MariaDB. I believe in the "use right tool for the right purpose" philosophy, and I love to experiment with new (or old) technologies, like ClickHouse and CockroachDB. My goals are making technologies useful for business goals, and suitable for the organisation's structure. I was a MariaDB Community Ambassador and I wrote the book "Mastering MariaDB", for Packt Publishing.
