According to research conducted ISM fails to support users to choose
outfits for one reason: There is no condition based search; participants will not
check several apps and come back to ISM without being able to find quickly
outfits that fits the conditions. Above are the most cited influencers in an outfit.

• Most of the issues found are related to
user-centerer design, therefore the
app needs to adapt to the users
behaviour to succeed;
• There are just a few technological
issues which the team might be aware
of, my recommendation is to fix them
sooner rather than later to avoid users
abandoning the app;
• Next step is to prioritise issues and
create a timeline to guide the fixing
process;
