Humaid enjoys his Career whether in the field of broadcasting or Government & Public Relations or Marketing Brands or assisting
in Business Development.
For more than a decade, Humaid has played important roles in the media industry and in some of the biggest projects in the Emirates
to attract and entertain by creating USP’s for the brands that he has been involved with.
He played an important role in developing and presenting some of the UAE based World class Events Brands such as Channel 4,
Radio1, Formula 1, Red Bull Air Race, Al Ain Air Shows, HSBC Abu Dhabi Golf Championship, Abu Dhabi International
Triathlon, Volvo Ocean Race & His Highness President of U.A.E Polo Cup, Khalaf Al Habtoor Biography, WOMAD, Creamfields ,
National Innovation Exhibitions and Many other Events in the U.A.E which has a touch of Humaid’s Creativity within the Team in
Presenting, Marketing and developing the Brands or the projects.
His extensive radio experience also includes an understanding of the synergy between the culture of creativity of any product or
project to give it an Emarati touch to be more appealing to the region’s target audience and core demographic.
Having worked at both local stations Channel 4 FM and Radio1 and played the most important role in the Radio industry as the
Head of Radio where he re launched the Brand Hayat FM and built the motivations of the team for challenging competitors in the
Broadcast industry with Music Format / Style of presenting and Brand awareness associating the Brand with every Local Event for
Brand Recognition, and his team took over the media sponsorships such as Forbes Arabia| Fashion Shows | One of the challenging
wins was to gain the Title of Main Radio Sponsor for Al Ain Air show in 2015 and Volvo Ocean Race and Creamfields Abu Dhabi
and for the challenging Summer he introduced attractive campaigns such as A Class concerts for Hayat FM, Proving a USP of
strong Saudi Listenership.
With his team he carved and rebranded the Station with surveys and strategic planning with Work in Progress to fit into the map of
the challenging market to attract more listenership not only in the UAE but managed a success Regionally and internationally by
using new media tactics.
Humaid with a humble low profile seems to always be the first point of call. with a deep understanding and appreciation of Arabic
and Western cultures,
He has carved a unique place in the social & entertainment industry in the UAE market. His signature & style of blending within
different and unique style of presentation of both cultures has made him the undisputed Man of connections internationally
He can be found bringing his own rich style & Creative concepts in managing projects targeting the youth who are energetic & full
of life to follow UAE’s strategies to build the happiest nation in the world.

 Joined Amiri Guards as a versatile administrator with professional academic qualification in administration
(Sharjah Ruler’s Palace) and acquired exceptional experience through professional involvement in
Government & Public Relations, with several appreciation & excellence awards within the years of service.
 Organized Team building and development plans for Security and escort Programs.
 Progressed with academic programs in Business Basics, Human resources, Customer care, Business
Communications, statements, Stress and Time management.
 Helped in developing the Social media presence of the Media department.
 Developed the departments with bilingual Business Communication skills enhancing corporate relations.

 Managed and developed concept solutions for on air commercials dealing with important clients.
 Created a special show with it’s strategic development plan to become the most listened to Music driven
show on Radio1.
 Involved in event development and marketing brain storming sessions and presented and promoted most of
the Outdoor events and Press conferences such as Launch of Mubadala Formula 1 Drivers, Red Bull Air Race,
Al Ain airshows, Emirates motor Sports Federation Rallies, the GT Formula 1, Red Bull Drift Races and Abu
Dhabi International Triathlon, World Parachuting Championship, World Air Games, Volvo Ocean Race & The
National Day Celebrations.
GULF NEWS BROADCASTING MAY 2006- 2012
 Appointed as senior presenter, presented and re branded the Fusion Show on Radio1 under GNB.
 Member of the core committee for Radio1 to bring in Creative ideas to re brand Radio1.
 Team player with the sales and marketing team to represent the ideas and mechanics.
 Helped in creating ads and produced own Fusion Shows and promos.
 Involved in the World’s Richest Horse Races “Dubai World Cup” to represent and receive the Station
Sponsorship Trophy.
GULF NEWS BROADCASTING MAY 2012- OCTOBER 2013
 To develop the brand, Presented the Fusion Show on the new born Hayat FM to attract more listenership
towards the new Arabic Brand in the Market.
 Member and Representative at National media council and Government Authorities and Summits.
GULF NEWS BROADCASTING OCTOBER 2013- SEPTEMBER 2016
 As the Head of Station (Hayat FM) created new programming plans along with a marketing social media
strategy.
 Created the sense of leadership in each presenter by helping them through friendly environment work in
Progress plans for best local on air content.
 Provided better resources and kept Key KPI’s for the music manager to have the best Music.
 Selected one of the best producers for imaging and station production for a Fresh Sound, now he has been
hired by Anghami as the regional brand manager.
 Trained the new presenters with the best resources to motivate them as the stars of the station to represent
the brand in the market with pride.
 Conducted daily Program development sessions “snoop sessions” with the breakfast and Drive presenter, the
breakfast show presenter now has been successfully hired by a big Brand.
 Managed and protected the brand to grow its target audience by working closely with the sales and
marketing teams consistently with concept solutions and development campaigns.
 Used VIP contacts to get the presenters out and about in prestigious events such as fashion shows and Forbes
women’s awards to increase the female demographic when required as per the ipsos results.
 Create attractive programming ideas for the marketing team and help to get sponsorship deals to run
successful brand awareness marketing campaigns for all ipsos waves to attract the target demographic to
develop the brand.
