INTRODUCTION
HS-04 reaction mechanism of Single-part PU waterproof coating is NCO terminal base in
polyurethane prepolymers with moisture in the air or grassroots catalytic curing film, can be in damp
base level and the structure of the complex engineering construction. Paint after curing to form a layer
of seamless, strong cohesive force, the overall and rich flexibility, tough waterproof film.
PRODUCT FEATURES

CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURE
Construction preparation→ base treatment → Detail, node, and processing →scraping the bottom layer

MAIN POINT OF CONSTURCTION
1. Clean, solid base level requirements, defects should be repaired;

DOSAGE OF REFERENCE
1 mm thick coating, reference usage is about 1.2~1.4 Kg /㎡
1.5 mm thick coating, reference usage is about 1.6~2 Kg /㎡
2 mm thick coating, reference usage is about 2~2.5 Kg /㎡
MATTERS ATTENTION
1. Open after an exhausted, use time for half an hour. When the product storage period is longer, might
form a layer of thin film coating surface, when used. Does not affect the use effect;
2. The coating construction before curing it is forbidden to walk on the waterproof layer, weights and
sharp objects are strictly prohibited to damage the waterproof layer;
3. Keep ventilated, construction site construction personnel equipped with the protection object such as
safety helmet, gloves, work shoes, in order to avoid from irritation of the skin and eyes, the
construction site shall not contact with fire;
4. Upon the acceptance of coating to do protective layer construction;
5. In the low temperature environment construction, in order to ensure the dry solid velocity can add
special matching curing additive;
6. Restrictions on the use of rain and snow, wind and cold weather;
7. Do not conform to the requirements on the basic of unfavorable use.
STORAGE/TRANSPORTATION/PACKAGING
1. Stored in dry room, away from fire and heat source, storage temperature should not be higher than
40 ℃;
2. Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production;
3. In the process of transportation to prevent collision and weathered;
4. Packaging specifications: 25 kg/barrel.
