SERVICES
Recruitment
Data Base Search
1. Understand the job role

& requirements of the vacant positions through discussion with HR representative or the

hiring managers.
2. Search, Screening and Short listing of CVs based on job specification, from database based on qualification,
relevance of experience, or any other criteria defined as per position.
3. The shortlisted candidates will go through a detailed telephonic/ in-person interview, where we will do an in-depth
evaluation of their communication skills, determine a profile match with the requirement and screen all the other
qualifiers required for the role.
4. For the short listed candidates, we will prepare a final list to be lined up for interviews as per the available
schedules with the client.
5. Follow-up for at least 3 months to ensure smooth transition.
Advertisement search
1. Understanding the job description & requirement of profile of vacant positions through discussion with HR
representative & the hiring managers.
2. . Suggestion on proper media selection
3. Designing of the Advertisement and placement.
4. Approval of artwork from the hiring manager.
5. . Short listed candidates will be contacted, apprised of the opportunity and their interest in the position will be
obtained. During the telephonic conversation, we will evaluate their communicational skills & match the
requirement with their current profile.
6. For short listed candidates, we will line up interview with the clients as per the available schedules.
7. Post joining follow-up for at least 3 months to ensure smooth transition.

Executive Search ("Head hunting")
1. In special cases we provide head hunting services also, who seeks out candidates often when normal recruitment
efforts have least results.
2. Our team of Head hunters aggressively works to generate lists of worth candidates, or sometimes purchase
expensive lists of name and job titles, according to the job specifications given by our clients.
3. Head hunters often attend trade shows and other meetings nationally or even
internationally that may be attended by potential candidates and hiring
managers. This helps in creating good network and work wonders in
recruitments.
4. Head hunters are increasingly using social media to find and research candidates. This approach is often called
social recruiting. Social recruiting is the use of social media for recruiting including sites like Facebook, Twitter,
and LinkedIn.
5. After short listing process is done, we arrange a meeting or a formal interview between our client and the
candidate and will usually prepare the candidate for the interview, help negotiate the salary and conduct closure to
the search.
Contract Manpower Recruitment

We match the candidates to the tasks you need completed based on the description of skills you have provided. Once
you select the candidate for your needs we place them on our payroll and their work for you begins. PGC Human
Resource Consultants takes all of its contract professionals and assumes the employer of record responsibilities for all
mandated withholdings and state employee insurance and PF for the duration of the contract.

  • 3. SERVICES Recruitment Data Base Search 1. Understand the job role & requirements of the vacant positions through discussion with HR representative or the hiring managers. 2. Search, Screening and Short listing of CVs based on job specification, from database based on qualification, relevance of experience, or any other criteria defined as per position. 3. The shortlisted candidates will go through a detailed telephonic/ in-person interview, where we will do an in-depth evaluation of their communication skills, determine a profile match with the requirement and screen all the other qualifiers required for the role. 4. For the short listed candidates, we will prepare a final list to be lined up for interviews as per the available schedules with the client. 5. Follow-up for at least 3 months to ensure smooth transition. Advertisement search 1.
