• Created and led a team to implement the IONU Security product. This team was spread between
two sites in Colorado and California.

• Created the initial specification for a web-based product for secure communication and storage.
This became the IONU Security product.

Senior Manager II, Xilinx, Inc., San Jose, CA (2003 – 2008)
• Oversaw the development of complex EDA systems. Ensured systems met customer needs.
• Active member of the Release Control Board to ensure the highest quality customer solutions.
• Specified and created the C++ template based system on which all Xilinx tool integration was
based. System is credited with saving tens of thousands of man hours of integration effort.
• Oversaw the replacement of poorly designed code structures with much more robust,
