on April 4th , 2012. I was able to get hold of his Bench Book and files on the Ammidown case. I took
a few pictures of some of the documents, but the information was overwhelming.
A few weeks later I decided to come back to fully immerse myself into his Bench Book because I felt
like that was the best way to comprehend John Sirica s thoughts and opinions on the case.
Nevertheless, the information within the book was hand written and is difficult to read. I used a
camera to take pictures of the page that related to the case I m researching in the bench book where I
have started on deciphering the handwriting. Yet, the amount of time I have spent on trying to do so

I think the decision here mostly comes down to each individual readers values and perspective on each
passage. In my opinion, I think it is easier to turn down money (As Rich Kid offered) or a date (As
Cute Girl offered) , and even take a little pain (As Bully threatened) then have a large possibility of

The Foucault s Pendulum was named after French Physicist Leon Foucault (Sommeria). He created
the experiment to prove that the Earth is in a constant state of rotation. The experiment was simple, a

ceiling, once set in motion it continued to move and slowly rotated its position. The use of the
Foucault Pendulum was successful and ended several millennial of argument over whether or not the

Once set in motion the Pendulum stays in motion because of the force of gravity acting upon it. The
experiment was set up with multiple wooden pegs attaching the two hundred pound Pendulum to the
ceiling by both ends. The wire holding it was then burned at one end to release it into motion there
were multiple pegs on the ground that were knocked over when the Pendulum rotated position
(Foucault Pendulum). The way the Pendulum was released would not cause an experimental error by
adding direction in the way it would if a person released it. Pendulums are known to swing in straight

No boat would be complete if it lacked an anchor. With no way to secure it in place, the boat would

valued a better and reformed health care system. Initially much of mass news media reflected that the
American public wanted health care reform. On March 22, 1994, the Illinois
Business Review published an article called National Health Care Reform: Comparing Four
Alternative Plans . The introduction of this article had three amazing statistics from a Gallop poll in
