The Hofstede s six cultural dimensions were created collectively by Geert Hofstede, Michael Bond,
and Michael Minkov. These dimensions of culture were created to view how values in the workplace
were influence by a particular culture of a given country. Essentially, it was a tool to describe how
workforces in different countries operate under their own culture. There are currently six different
dimensions of national cultures; power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, masculinity,
long term orientation, and indulgence versus restraint. Professor Greet Hofstede was the creator of the
first four cultural dimensions, back in 1973. Roughly two decades later, Michael Bond with the
support of Hofstede created the fifth dimension, in 1991. Recently in the 2010, the last dimension was
added to the list, by Michael Minkov and his research team (Minkoy Hofstede, 2011). The first four
dimensions discovered by Hofstede, dealt with four different anthropological issues that were handled
differently from nation to nation. These issues involved; methods of coping with inequality and
uncertainty, relationships within a primary group, and the emotional significance of having been born

You will notice that most of the characters that are people have the same traits: pale skin, dark circles

With all of the television shows showing instant arrival, and teleportation, how come they aren t
possible yet? A problem that some people are trying to solve is, instant space travel, well almost
instant. There are a few smaller problems, hidden within this larger main point; to be more specific,

is a native born New Yorker from Syosset. She was born in 1971. During her early years in high
school Idina showed a huge interest in singing and performing. She performed in school plays and
also took on jobs like singing in Bar Mitzvah s and weddings because she was such a talented singer.
After high school Idina wanted to study theatre and attended New York University s Tisch School of

synthesis of aspirin occurs by combining acetic anhydride and salicylic acid, salicylic acid is a
naturally occurring product that can be found in the bark of a willow tree1. Since it is highly acidic
and salicylic acid would potentially damage the gastric membrane hence the addition of the acetic

A few drops of phosphoric acid are added to the reaction, phosphoric acid acts as a catalyst so as to
