This document provides care instructions for keeping a bird as a pet. dry.

Birds enjoy playing with water.

10. After taking a bath, water must be taken
away so that he doesn´t get contaminated with
excretions.

He/she must be a birds specialist.

14. He/she must be available outside of
working hours in case your bird has an
emergency.

15. Interact with your bird
Connect with him at least 30 minutes.

17. Nails trimming
You
´ll avoid having to cut his nails if you choose rou
gh sticks that facilitate the nail´s wear.

18. But if they’re too long, it´s better to go
to the vet to get them cut.

19. Beak trimming
Just like nails, the beak grows a lot in birds.

captive
he´s
unable to
wear it
in a
natural
way.

21. Trimming his beak is essential so that he can eat
and interact.
You must go to the vet for this.

22. Wing´s trimming.
• It diminishes the flight, and therefore allows a
semi-free life inside home.
•The vet must do this to avoid hurting him accidentally.
