Part two discusses analyzing worries and eliminating 50% of business worries by defining the problem, determining the cause, considering possible solutions, and suggesting a solution. Part three discusses how to break the worry habit by keeping busy with meaningful pursuits, not dwelling on negative thoughts, and considering how unlikely worry-worthy events are to occur based on past averages.
