This document provides a list of strategies titled "Top 5: How to Piss Off Your Pair" along with anti-strategies to get better results when pairing or collaborating with others. The strategies include interrupting your partner whenever they do something differently than you, immediately deleting your partner's last edit, talking non-stop without giving your partner a chance to speak or contribute, complaining about your partner before they have done anything wrong, and keeping annoyances to yourself until blowing up at your partner. The document recommends doing the opposite of these strategies and provides contact information for the author.
