This document provides instructions for managing orders as a seller on an e-commerce platform. It includes steps to: 1) Check order details and status, generate labels for shipping; 2) Process the order by accepting it and updating the status; 3) Pack the order and update the packed status, which triggers label generation; 4) Print the generated label and paste it on the package before shipping. It also provides guidance for generating partial labels when an order contains multiple items shipped in separate packages.

1. Manage Order

2. Go to Sale Page:

3. Receive Order From Customer:
To Check the details of the ordered
Product, Click on item
Here, you can check the details of
the Buyer, Type Of Delivery, Total
amount and the Invoice of the Order

4. Generate Lable of your Order
Check the Product is available ,If it is Out of Stock, Click
Yes else go to Delivery status and Update Accept

5. Process your Order:
Click Save to Initiate the Order.
Select Accept

6. Pack your Order
Once the Product is Packed, Update
Packed. The Shipment is initiated only
after the Packed status is get Updated.
Click Save

7. How to Generate Lable?
Step 1
Click on Item

8. Kinds of Generate Labels:
If you found this Message, you have no need to
Generate your Shipping Lable. For fast Delivery
Shipping Label will not be Available.
NOTE:
Fast Delivery Option is Available only for Local Regions
When you found Shipping Lable, Generate the Label
and placed it along with your Order Pouch. Shipping
Lable will be available only for Express Delivery .
NOTE:
Other States, Other Districts delivery will be
Considered as Express Delivery

9. How to Generate Lable? – Step 2
Click on Generate Lable to generate the
Lable of your order

10. Print Lable and Paste it In front of your Package

Generate a Lable and Paste it in-front of your Order
Package. The Pickup man will receive your Package only if
the Lable is Pasted.

11. Logistics Lable
Logistics Lable will be not Available for Local Delivery.
So, Print the Generate Lable and paste it in-fornt of the
order Package.

12. Generate Shipping Lable
Once you updated your Packed status, just wait for the
Responce from admin to generate the Logistics lable. Once the
Logistics lable is generated for your order, Click Shipping lable
then print and placed it along with your Order Pouch.
NOTE: Your Logistics Lable must be Placed Outside of your Order
Package

13. Print Shipping Lable
Print the Shipping Lable of your Order and
Placed it along with your Order Package.
Pickup man will Collect your Order and will be
delivered to the Customer Soon.

14. For Multiple Items Multiple Package:
For Multiple Items & Multiple Package - You need to Pack the Items with Relevant Labels. So in this
state, if you Generate a Lable, The Lable Contains the Detail about all the 3 Products. Perhaps, you are
suppose to Pack two 2 items in One Package and another 1 Items in Different Package, you Need to
Generate the Particular Lable of the Product which is packed in Different Page.
For Multiple Items & Multiple Package Situation, These
Buttons are Help you. Enable & Disable these Buttons to
Generate the Lable for the Products that you Wish to
