She provides examples like kale chips and banana ice cream to satisfy salty and sweet cravings in a healthier way. Her approach aims to make healthy eating intuitive and enjoyable rather than feeling restrictive.

Chinese medicine views the body as a system where energy (qi) flows through meridians and can become blocked or imbalanced, resulting in illness. Acupuncture aims to unblock qi by inserting thin needles into acupoints along meridians to restore balance and encourage healing. It is a holistic approach that sees all organs as interconnected and influencing each other. During treatment, acupuncturists may use various needle techniques on specific points to target the root cause based on Chinese medicine theory and diagnosis. The goal is to prompt the body's natural self-healing abilities through subtle energetic effects rather than just addressing physical symptoms.

Nadya Andreeva is the author of Happy Belly and has a background in psychology rather than being an Ayurvedic practitioner. She was diagnosed with PCOS after graduating with her Master's degree and experiencing stress, hormonal issues, and digestive problems. This led her to try Ayurveda, which provided explanations that resonated more than Western medicine. Through Ayurvedic practices like certain foods and herbs, workshops and courses, she was able to improve her health, especially her digestion. This inspired her to start a blog, and later her book Happy Belly, to help other women with similar issues through an Ayurvedic and psychology-based approach.

The document discusses how most diets and weight loss programs fail because they do not address the root causes of weight gain and health issues. It claims that 95% of people who lose weight regain it within 5 years. The key missing element is internal cleansing to remove accumulated waste from the digestive tract that is immune to diet and exercise. Adopting this one additional step can dramatically increase long-term weight loss success rates from 10% to over 90%. The author argues that true health and wellness comes from within and offers consultations to incorporate internal cleansing.

How to keep yourself away from doctor
1. SRINIVASA RAO BOKAM
How to keep yourself away from Doctor
Eat an apple a day – No I am not talking about this. I know some people who are eating an apple a day
for more than 10 years but are still making visits to hospitals.
I have made a Goal (remain healthy forever) that I will not get into a situation to consult doctor.
My wish is fulfilled – Thanks God/Universe (if you don’t believe in God you can replace it with Universe)
for listening to it fulfilling it this is the act of count your blessings. When you practice this, it multiplies
whatever you have.
As I mentioned in Success Secrets: If you believe and start putting your efforts Miracles will happen.
As Steve Jobs said in his Harvard speech “looking backwards we can connect the dots”
Here is what happened to me:
Generally I have a sound health, no issues except Cold & cough and some temperature once in a year
or 6 months. It is a common thing everyone will get.
Miracle #1: I had no cold, no cough, no headache and no temperatures for the last 5 years. That
means I was not sick for even a single day! This makes me feel WOW!
Miracle #2: Something happened in 2014, I got admitted in hospital, as far as I know it was the
first time. Doctors have diagnosed a cyst in my body and operated.
It all started with some temperature and little pain in my abdomen and went for an abdominal scan and
the report came out. I consulted one of the best hospitals in Hyderabad. They told me to get admitted.
When I heard this news I felt for few minutes and said to myself “I am getting treated by best Doctors and
God is there to protect me. So once the operation is done, I will be fine. I decided not to worry about it,
started enjoying hospital environment by reading my favourite books”
I got operated by Chief surgeon of the hospital they removed the Cyst, my wife has seen it. The Surgeon
who operated me told me multiple times “you are lucky”, then I said to myself with a smile “I knew it, you
came to know now”. Whenever he visited me he keeps repeating the words you are lucky.
You know why he said you were Lucky, fortunately the Cyst was not attached to any organ in my stomach.
And there are no side effects associated with it.
Doctors told me come for check-up for every six months. I have a belief that nothing happens to me, so
no need to go for a check-up. After repeated request from my wife I went for the check-up once after a
year and found everything was good. As a part of risk mitigation I got “executive health check-up” done
recently, everything looks great.
You may be thinking why I am writing all this? When you believe Miracles happens.
2. SRINIVASA RAO BOKAM
I believe God has given an opportunity to experience the hospital environment and to give more
wisdom & knowledge and make my body healthier & disease free for ever by bringing more
awareness. If I strongly feel that something, whether it is related to health, work or well-being, is
the best practice for me, I practise it so religiously so that it gets deeply ingrained in my daily
chores and life style.
I have seen many employees taking sick leave for: Fever, Viral fever, food poisoning, cold, cough,
migraine etc. With some discipline, better habits and positive mental attitude, we can avoid getting sick.
I am foodie. My weight for the last 20 years is @ “60 plus or minus 1”, Wow what a control!!!
Professor Dr. B.M. Hegde in his article to British Medical Journal said “While there is no pill for every ill,
there is an ill following every pill”. I came to know about surprising truth when I read/listened to his
articles/videos. He also advocated “if anyone wants to preserve his/her health intact, he/she should avoid
hospitals and Doctors to the extent possible”. Being a doctor he has courage to expose bad practices in
modern medicine and drug mafia. I salute him for educating the people.
In 2015 I was taking Cholesterol tablets, after listening to Dr. Hegde speeches: I immediately stopped the
tablets and started taking 1 raw garlic piece daily in the morning ( don’t take it if you have acidity) & Flax
seeds.
Here are some best practices:
Enjoy whatever you do and have a Wow factor : eating, working, playing:
Even if someone hurts you, forgive him - it is difficult initially but once you decide, mindful
and practice with awareness you can do it. They can give what they have, you don’t do
the same because you are a nice person.
Experience the experience, I will talk about this in another article
Exercise daily at least 20 minutes a day. Meditate for 5 to 10 minutes.
Someone said doing meditation for 5 to 10 minutes per day is getting an appointment with God,
most of the people don’t have time for an appointment with God.
Make sure that you have fibre in your meals and enjoy whatever you eat with a Wow factor
I do this every time I eat.
If I had to eat “Bitter Guard”, ‘Neem Leaves”, Raw “Aloe Vera” – I will eat it with a Wow
factor as it is good for health
The point here is not to tell you to eat “Bitter Guard” – Just enjoy whatever you get.
Remember nothing comes free, we have to pay the price/efforts for everything and earn.
Be a giver. Think of compassion. Love everyone, you will live forever. Don’t hate, hurt & criticise
anyone.
Eat in moderation, drink when you are thirsty. Don’t over eat at night.
Sleep well but don’t sleep when the sun is up.
Work: Work hard, but you must love your work. Don't do any work which you hate, you will die
faster. Love your work, you will live long.
A smile is an inexpensive way to change your looks and it is good for your health.

Remove mask, some people say something and think something else inside, that will create
conflict better to avoid this if you really want to be happy. Leaders have single agenda.
See good in other, every human being has both good and bad qualities, if you see faults with
others, you will attract the same into your life. Whatever you focus will expand.
Law of Sowing and reaping works here.
You have to plant the seeds to reap the harvest
Life doesn’t give what we need, it gives what we deserve. If you deserve something
nothing can stop you in receiving the fruits, it’s a matter of time
So if you plant the seeds, you are eligible for reaping the harvest
Change: if you keep doing what you have been doing, you will get the same results, if you are
not happy with the results, you can change it. Change your inputs/thoughts and your
outputs/results will change. You are the hero, script writer, and director for your life- you can
make whatever you want (Bahubali 3 or it is your choice...) everything is in your hands. You can
apply this to anything in your life.
Conclusion:
There is more to it, I want to keep it simple. I have planted the seeds, so I am reaping the fruits. If one
can do it any one can do it.
Remember our body has built in healing process, self-healing happens and it gets cured. But if we cross
the limits we have to pay the price. If you have health you can get whatever you want by working for
them. If God wants to give us a gift he wraps it around a problem/suffering/pain, if we accept it gracefully
you will receive the gifts.
We should pray God that we are not required to visit Doctor in our life time, visualize yourself in sound
health and cheerful mood forever. Remember no one has achieved anything beyond his/her imagination,
so don’t limit it, think big. Our capabilities are beyond our limitations.
We know what happens when we go to a hospital, nothing is in our control – we have to follow the
procedures. Same thing happens in all walks of life, if don’t take control of your life someone else will
take it and control us. There are some instances where patients are not able to drink water - if they take
water it gets omitted and can’t even eat a bread. We all witnessed these situations in different instances,
I have seen this happened to friends and others. We all want to succeed in life and grow rich. Without
health, we can’t think of anything, imagine when we are sick with cough, cold & temperature, how you
feel.
I know the importance of this and wanted to share it, even if it helps 1% it makes me feel great for making
a difference towards sound health /success of others. It is always good practice to learn from others, if
you want to learn from your mistakes it is long journey.

I have been practicing yoga for about 22 years, people have misconception that Yoga is about bending
body in different postures, no it is not. It is integration of mind & body and can be practiced in all walks of
life to gain 100% focus on whatever you do. You can start with 5 to 10 minutes of meditation. If we are
convinced we can do anything. Generally people will give less importance to important things, my attempt
is to help by bringing awareness as no one is allowed to ignore health. I have committed to spread
happiness, wellness, positivity and peace which is missing in the current generation. Nothing can stop
me in doing this.
We hear that miracles happened to many people and many diseases cured. Placebo effect is one
technique that works on belief system and cures diseases. Crickets Yuvaraj Singh, Actress Manisha
Koirala and many others got cured.
You can test your happiness, by counting your WOW factors. If the count is increasing day by day, no
need to look back, you are on the path to good health.
Contact me, if you need help to experience the experience of joy.
