us for one session only.

additional support, we offer a free
follow up session.
We only do this because most
people simply don’t need it. Before
they come to see us, people have
often tried other alternatives. They

With our system there are no

We deal with getting rid of the
inner conflict that goes through
peoples heads. This is what makes

Grief is a natural response to
loss. From many things: death of
loved one or pet, job, relationship,
community, stability, or an
expectation for example.
Every individual processes
differently, in their own way and
time. There is no right or wrong
way to grieve. There is no ‘normal’
timetable for grieving. It cannot be
rushed.
There are several typical stages
of grief. Individuals may not
experience all of these stages, nor
in the same order. Some can be
processed at the same time.
Grieving is a natural and
necessary process.
It can be hard to let someone or
something go. When grief goes
on for too long and stops you from
engaging in life after a prolonged
period, it can be a good idea to
seek support.

things or events that are barely

Using a combination of tools
and techniques we can help
you overcome fears or phobias
and regain confidence.
You will retain common
sense and won’t be taking
unnecessary risks. A healthy
level of caution is a good thing.
You’ll keep that.
People are often surprised to
learn just how common fears
and phobias are.
If a fear is holding you back
or limiting you in some way,
or stopping you from enjoying
yourself, then it might be time
to do something about it.
Fears can cause a strong
physical reaction in the body,
heart palpitations, sweating
even a panic attack. The body
reacts to a perceived threat,
when in fact no threat is
present.

and unconsciously that old
unhelpful reaction cycle can be

About NLP
& Hypnosis
HYPNOTHERAPY AND NLP ARE TWO OF THE MOST
POWERFUL TOOLS FOR CHANGE.
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapeutic
purposes, it uses hypnosis to put you into a more receptive
state so that you are able to make the changes to your life
that you want.
In the natural and relaxed state of hypnotherapy, we can
communicate directly and easily with the unconscious mind.
How will I know if I am hypnotised?
Most people can’t tell the difference between the hypnotised
state and the waking state. Some people feel relaxed and
lethargic, others feel a sort of lightness.
One thing that people do notice is an inexplicable
change in their daily behaviours after the session.
NLP is a system of many different processes and tools.
Different techniques and combinations are used for various
issues. Like hypnosis, success rates in using NLP are very
high in many areas and it is effective in dealing with many
issues.
Neuro: Your mind: We explore the relationships between
how you think, how you feel and how you interpret the
world.
Linguistic: Your self talk: How you use or interpret language
and words, how you communicate, how this affects your
beliefs and everyday behaviours
Programming: The patterns of behaviour, emotions,
strategies and actions you use to deal with everyday life.
Both hypnosis & NLP only work because you choose to
allow them or not. They cannot do anything, or make you do
anything, you don’t want to be done.

  • 7. Grief is a natural response to loss. From many things: death of loved one or pet, job, relationship, community, stability, or an expectation for example. Every individual processes differently, in their own way and time. There is no right or wrong way to grieve. There is no ‘normal’ timetable for grieving. It cannot be rushed. People are often surprised to learn just how common fears and phobias are. Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes, it uses hypnosis to put you into a more receptive state so that you are able to make the changes to your life that you want. In the natural and relaxed state of hypnotherapy, we can communicate directly and easily with the unconscious mind. How will I know if I am hypnotised? Most people can’t tell the difference between the hypnotised state and the waking state. Some people feel relaxed and lethargic, others feel a sort of lightness. One thing that people do notice is an inexplicable change in their daily behaviours after the session. NLP is a system of many different processes and tools.
