To cancel an order, sellers click "Confirm & Pack" and select "Reject Item" to enter the cancellation quantity and reason. This creates a child item ID for the cancelled portion. Cancelled orders can be found by filtering for the order ID. Partial cancellations show the parent and child item IDs, where the child status will be "Merchant Cancelled". Cancellation penalties are 7% of the selling price if cancelled before the ship deadline, and 3% is additionally deducted as an SLA breach penalty if not shipped by the deadline.

When your product is out of stock and you cannot process the order, follow thesteps below to cancel it -
