   Jasmin is a multilingual and culturally experienced Human Resources and Organizational Development Leader
    with a solid track record of creative solutions for Human Capital challenges and partnering with managers in
    building performance and innovation cultures.
   She is a former Diversity & Inclusion Manager and Global HR Development Manager with Daimler/ Mercedes-
    Benz, where she worked for 9 years. Jasmin has led cross-functional, multi-hierarchy project teams and gained a
    strong reputation as integrative change agent who understands business issues and effectively bridges both the
    organization’s and the individual’s needs.
   Her areas of expertise include HR strategy, talent management and leadership development, organizational
    development, change management, business coaching, employee retention and engagement, complex program
    and project management, and global integration. She possesses excellent analytical skills and a strong talent for
    communication and intercultural dialogue.
   Jasmin has a Master’s equivalent degree in International Business and Cultural Studies, and is well versed in U.S.,
    Latin American, and Chinese economics, language, and culture. She is a certified Business Coach from the
    Institute for Systemic Coaching in Wiesloch, Germany, as well as a U.S. HRCI-certified Senior HR Professional.
    She now lives in San Diego and presently designs and implements an integrated talent management strategy for
    the UC San Diego Health System (approx. 5,500 employees). In addition, she serves as a board member for the
    San Diego chapter of the National Human Resource Association (NHRA), the San Diego chapter of the American
    Society for Training and Development (ASTD), as well as the Organizational Development Network (OD Net).

Talent Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management:
 Provided 600 participants of corporate cross-functional mentoring program at executive level with leadership skills programs, peer

  coaching, visibility, and networking platforms. As certified business coach provided personal career coaching.
   HR lead in the annual performance appraisal process for approx. 1,300 international executives and employees. Collaborated with Sr.
    VP level management and HR leaders of all 9 business units at 14 German and 50 global locations to optimize the global performance
    management system and international leadership development.

Professional Learning, Training and Development:
 Permanently incorporated Diversity & Inclusion Training into strategic training program for HR staff (approx. 2,000 people). Completed

  ADDIE process, acted as co-trainer, and provided participants with a knowledge and resource base to aid training transfer.

    process to support the retention of key management and employees at 14 Mercedes-Benz plants.

  paperless HRIS-based process. Integral in the long-term improvement of customer satisfaction and top management accountability.

 Expert lead for HR communications: Led corporate projects to develop and publish content – for 260,100 employees, using multiple
