International subsidiaries
Geographical Organizations
Country managers report to regional vice presidents
Regional vice presidents for North America, Latin
America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East
reports to the international-division president
Each product group with an international vice president responsible
for worldwide sales .

Each subsidiary headed by a presidentwho reports to
the president of the international division.
Global Organization
The global operating units report directly to the
chief executive or executive committee

When forces for “global integration” are strong and forces for “national
responsiveness are weak, a global strategy that treats the world as a
single market can be used
When both forces prevail to some extent, a “glocal” strategy that
standardizes certain elements and localizes others can be the way to go
the best!”
