This document provides a 15-question resilience assessment. Participants rate statements about how they typically respond to crises on a scale of 1 to 5. Total scores indicate level of resilience: 60-75 (very resilient), 45-59 (good resilience most of the time), 30-44 (crises throw curveballs), 15-29 (need to work on resilience skills). Higher scores mean stronger resilience habits of actively addressing problems, positive mindset, learning from experiences, and openness to different solutions.
