Microservices are best communicated with through chat bots rather than traditional UIs as chat bots are easier to scale, mistakes are less visible, interactions are loggable, and integration with other services is simpler. Chat bots do not need to have fast responses or pleasing graphical designs. Developers should consider using chat bots instead of UIs to interact with microservices.
