Why Horse-assisted Training is so powerful? ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
Cognitive process – experience, analysis, and practical findings Working with a horse is a metafor for challenges from business and life reality, reflects the different aspects of problem solving – emotional, behavioral and cognitive ones. Horses are able to feel the intentions, they are masters at non-verbal communication, they are delivering immediate feedback – they ad a pt behaviours to human attitude s and behaviours. The participants can find parallel - discover their attitudes, patterns and strategies of behaviour in business and private life, and assess their effectiveness. Experiences from the workshops may serve as a hint which solutions are most effective for a particular individual and they can provide directions for creating a plan of personal development.

Cognitive process – experience, analysis, and practical findings Working with a horse is a metafor for challenges from business and life reality, reflects the different aspects of problem solving – emotional, behavioral and cognitive ones. Horses are able to feel the intentions, they are masters at non-verbal communication, they are delivering immediate feedback – they ad a pt behaviours to human attitude s and behaviours. The participants can find parallel - discover their attitudes, patterns and strategies of behaviour in business and private life, and assess their effectiveness. Experiences from the workshops may serve as a hint which solutions are most effective for a particular individual and they can provide directions for creating a plan of personal development.
